Client: Person requesting a service through Rerbe.
Professional: Person or company offering residential services through Rerbe.
Service: Any residential service requested or offered through Rerbe.
By accessing or using Rerbe, whether through the app or website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
Rerbe allows clients to specify their residential issues via the app or website. The suggested service price will be provided by the platform, but if the selection is incomplete, the price will be agreed directly with the professional. The client may choose to pay through the platform or directly in cash to the worker. If payment is made directly to the professional, Rerbe will still charge a commission but cannot process the payment since it was made directly. Therefore, Rerbe does not offer a guarantee or support in such cases, as it did not participate in the payment process.
The responsibility for issuing an invoice for the full service amount lies solely with the professional. Rerbe does not issue invoices for services performed; the provider is entirely responsible for this requirement.
We offer a 30-day warranty to clients for poorly performed services. This warranty does not cover misuse by the client, such as improper use, unauthorized modifications, or external factors unrelated to the service.
If the client reports improper execution, Rerbe may withhold payment to the professional until an agreement is reached. This may include redoing the service or issuing a partial or full refund, depending on the case.
Important: Rerbe acts as a financial intermediary, and payment to professionals depends on receiving the payment from the client. If payment is not made on the platform, Rerbe cannot transfer funds to the professional.
To use Rerbe, clients and professionals must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. Rerbe may verify provided details and request additional documents if inconsistencies are found.
Rerbe may suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice. Violations of warranty policies, inappropriate behavior, or refusal to correct service issues may lead to a ban. If banned, professionals will still receive any pending payments.
Rerbe is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms of Use. We share contact details between clients and workers to facilitate service provision. Rerbe does not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
Rerbe acts as an intermediary connecting clients and residential service professionals. Our responsibility is to ensure platform quality and vetted professionals. We assist in resolving issues according to our warranty policy but are not liable for direct or indirect damages except as covered by the warranty.
Professionals must provide a 30-day warranty for poorly performed services, excluding misuse by the client. Professionals refusing to redo or refund will have their accounts suspended or terminated.
The client may withdraw or cancel a request at any time before service starts without charges. If payment has been made, it will be fully refunded. If the service has already begun, eligibility for a refund will be evaluated according to Rerbe's cancellation policy.
Rerbe may change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the app or site after changes means you accept the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in Brazilian courts.
